Follow these steps to export a Job Bill of Materials (BOM) to your point-of-sale (POS) system.

1. Open the Job BOM page. Make sure the BOM has been generated and reviewed before exporting.
2. Click the … (ellipsis) icon. The export menu opens.
   
3. Choose one of the following export options:
   1. Send to Saberis – Sends the Job BOM directly to Saberis, if your organization is configured to use this integration.
   2. Export – Opens a window where you can generate an Import-Ready export file for your POS system.
      1. If you select Export, choose the desired Import-Ready Export format in the window that opens. Each format corresponds to the requirements of a specific POS or downstream system.
4. Pipeline LBM prepares the file and sends it to the selected system or downloads it for your local use.

Notes

• The options you see depend on your organization’s integrations and configuration.
• Always verify your Job BOM quantities before exporting to a POS system. Changes made afterward will not update a previously exported file.
• Selective Export allows you to perform the same workflow for specific sections of your Bill of Materials
