I created a job but don’t see any sheets. Why? You likely created the job without uploading a PDF. Open the job in the Takeoff workspace and import your plan files.
Can I add more PDFs later? Yes. You can import additional sheets into an existing job at any time.
I don’t see the Rename or Delete options: Confirm the job is not read-only and that you have edit permissions.
I accidentally deleted a sheet: Re-import the PDF file if you need the sheet again.
Sheets take a long time to load: This is common with high-resolution scans. Give the file time to fully load before starting work.
Measurements seem inaccurate: Always confirm the sheet scale, especially on scanned drawings.
Upload fails or times out: Verify file size and try importing a smaller or optimized version of the PDF.

Measurements look incorrect: Verify the scale and reapply if necessary.
Scale option is unavailable: Confirm the sheet is loaded and active.
Manual scale feels inaccurate: Use clearly labeled dimension lines when selecting measurement points.
Scale Selected Sheets option is not available: Confirm that multiple sheets are selected.
Measurements look incorrect: Recheck the scale and verify that the selected sheets use the same scale.
