Pipeline LBM Subcomponents Page

Review this article for instructions on how to view, add, remove, and copy subcomponents to a product in the Pipeline LBM software. Additionally, this article includes key measures via .csv upload instructions.
  1. Viewing Subcomponents
    1. On the left side navigation menu, click Estimating, then click Products.
    2. Open a product record by clicking on the product name.
      Note: You can create a new product by clicking the dark blue Add symbol button in top right corner of the screen.
    3. Select Subcomponents from the side navigation menu.
  2. Add a Subcomponent to a Product

    1. While on the Subcomponents page, click the dark blue Add symbol button.
    2. Populate the details of the subcomponent.
    3. Click the green Add Subcomponent button.
  3. Remove a Subcomponent
    1. While on the subcomponents page, click trash can icon next to the subcomponent you would like to delete.
    2. Click Delete.
  4. Copy a Subcomponent to Another Product
    1. While on the subcomponents page, click the dark blue button with the three white dots.
    2. Select Copy Subcomponents.
    3. Select the section from which to copy.
    4. Select the product from which to copy.
    5. Choose the subcomponents you would like to copy.
    6. On the right, choose the section of the products you would like to copy to.
    7. Choose the products you would like to copy the selected subcomponents to.
    8. Click the green Copy Subcomponent button.
  5. Adding Subcomponents to Multiple Key Measures via .csv Upload.
    1. On the left side navigation menu, click Estimating, then click Products.
    2. From the Products page, select a key measure in order to view its details page.
    3. Once on the Products detail page, open the blue navigation menu on the left select Subcomponents.
    4. From the Subcomponents page, click the dark blue button with the three white dots, then click Import.
    5. Click Select CSV to find and select the file for import.
      Navigate back to Subcomponents for one of the Key Measures, and notice that the subcomponents have been applied.
