When a job contains multiple plan sheets with the same scale, you can apply a single scale setting to multiple sheets at once. This saves time and ensures consistent measurement accuracy across your takeoff.
Apply scale to multiple sheets
- In the Sheets panel, mark the checkboxes next to the sheets that need the same scale.
- At the bottom of the Sheets panel, click the ellipses …
- Next, add or select Scale Selected Sheets.
- In the dialog, choose the appropriate preset scale.
- Select Apply.
Results: All selected sheets now have the same scale applied. A scale icon appears next to each sheet name, and measurements on those sheets will be based on the applied scale.
