Pipeline LBM licenses are linked to an individual user’s email address and cannot be shared across a team. Pipeline LBM licenses cannot be run concurrently; each user needs a specific email address and their own Pipeline LBM license. Licenses are non-transferable during active use but may be reassigned to a new user if a previous user no longer needs access.

License Type Details
- Each Admin or Estimator role requires a paid license, regardless of how frequently the software is used.
- The Collaborator role is available at no cost, with limited access and no administrative or estimating capabilities.
- Customers can adjust role assignments after implementation (e.g., remove Admin rights from Estimators).
- Future enhancements to roles and permissions are being explored, including more granular access options based on customer feedback.
