Pipeline LBM Integration Settings for Saberis

Review this article for instructions on how to enable and utilize Saberis integration and data export functionality within the Pipeline LBM software.
  1. Enable Saberis Integration
    1. From the LBM Dashboard, click Settings (Gear icon) in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
    2. Click Integrations.
      Saberis is the second of four listed integrations.
    3. Slide the Saberis Integration Staus button to the right to enable Saberis .

      Note: This allows Saberis as an integration choice in the Job BOM drop down. Otherwise, if not enabled on the Integrations page, this export and integration option is not listed in the Job BOM drop down on the Jobs page. Generally, a user will only enable one back office system at a time.
    4. Populate the Saberis Root URL.
      Note: The Root URL is: https://connect.saberis.com:9000/
    5. Populate the Username and Password.
    6. Click Save.
  2. Exporting to Saberis
    1. Click Jobs on the left screen navigation menu.
    2. Select the desired job from the displayed list of jobs .
    3. Click Job BOM on the left menu, under the selected job name.
    4. Click the white ellipsis inside the dark blue square under the BOM header on Job BOM screen.
    5. Choose Send to Saberis.
      A success message is generated to inform the user that the BOM was sent to Saberis. This is dependent on accurate Saberis credentials that were entered in the integrations settings page .
  3. Excel Usage Report & CSV
    Within the Job BOM page, once a user clicks on the white ellipsis inside the dark blue box, there is an option for an Excel Usage Report or CSV. The usage report is a communication tool between LBM and the general contractor or the builder. The CSV is a native export that exports the Bill of Materials in a CSV format.
