Utilize the following instructions to change the password on a Pipeline LBM account.
1. From the PLBM login screen, click the Forgot Password link located under the Email and Password fields.
2. Enter the email address associated with the PLBM account and click Send Email.
Result: An email will be sent to the associated email address for the Pipeline account.
3. Access the sent email titled ‘Reset Your Password‘.
4. Within the email, click the Reset Password button and follow the instructions listed therein.
Result: Once the password is reset, the User will be redirected to a screen that communicates that the password has been reset.
5. Click on the Click Here link to access the Pipeline LBM login page.
6. Use the email and newly created password to log in to the PLBM account.
