BOM Improvements<\/h3>\n

First, is to account for Options with a condition of itself which directs products to no condition instead.\u00a0 Second, when generating a BOM it will delete everything and start fresh. Community Specific Details per House Number<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” stretch_row_type=”no”][vc_column][vc_column_text]National home builders now have the ability to add different House details for a house, for different Communities.\u00a0 This allows for House details that are unique per Community.\u00a0 This feature considers that many of the Details of a House can change per Community including number of bathrooms, bedrooms, and even stories.\u00a0 Since often builders plan numbers as based on the square footage of a house, there can be overlap of house numbers used for different plan takeoffs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” stretch_row_type=”no”][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” stretch_row_type=”no”][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Bid Cost Enhancement<\/h3>\n

Logging – Accounting Data<\/h3>\n

Integrations<\/h3>\n

WMS:<\/strong>\u00a0 Full suite users can sync WMS Bid Costs and convert them into Pipeline Costing phase bid.\u00a0 A new button has been created and titled “Sync WMS Bid Costs” on the Refresh WMS Vendors and Costs panel.\u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/dev.bimpipeline.com\/Dashboard\/Costing.Integrations.BuilderMT\/Utilities\/DataMigrationFromWMS.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n

Sage:\u00a0<\/strong>Purchasing users who integrate with Sage can simply send Budgets, Purchase Orders, and Invoices to Sage broken down by Option\/Cost code.\u00a0 This will be the default option for sending Budgets, PO’s, and Invoices to Sage.<\/p>\n

MS NAV: <\/strong>Data Base and Business Logic logging tables are set up for generic text based logging for both getting and setting for the MS NAV integration.\u00a0 \u00a0Logging has been added to getting Jobs and Vendors from NAV, and a utility page has been established to view all logging entries, as well as allow a user the ability to download and view the data.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” stretch_row_type=”no”][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” stretch_row_type=”no”][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
