Section Code and Block Code are now displayed in Lot Maps<\/h3>\n

We have now added the ability to view the Section Code and Block Code in both our Lot Maps and Lot Information modals whenever it’s part of the Job Number format in your organization.<\/p>\n

By default, it is set to hidden. You can update the settings to make it visible on your Lot Maps by navigating to the Set Lot Map Info<\/strong> button from the Manage Lots page. New Tag to Retrieve Adjustments per “Calculated From” per Change Order version<\/h3>\n

We have now added 5 new Document Template tags to retrieve the Total Adjustments per where it is Calculated From between Cash, Finance, Base House, Lot Premium and All Options.<\/p>\n

This is to allow you to filter out the Totals of Added Adjustments in that version of the Contract per specific type wherever it was calculated from per Change Order Version.<\/strong> This is going to display the difference between the Previous Adjustments per source vs the Current Adjustments per source.<\/p>\n

Parent Task\/Milestone Information Displayed<\/h3>\n

Override PO Report Path for Default User Groups<\/h3>\n

In continuation of our feature in previous releases for Company Admins that now has the ability to override the Standard PO Report by replacing the Report’s path from where your Custom PO Report is published, we now also allow overriding for all Default User Groups<\/strong> as well.<\/p>\n

You can override the default Standard PO report in the Schedule Reports<\/strong> tab from our Page Access setting on the User Groups page<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  • Whenever there are Generate Document errors, we now display what is the Configuration #, Community, and Phase it belongs to. These details are displayed in the “Details” column in Activity Logs. SIU-9292<\/em><\/li>\n
  • When there are errors when Generating Documents, we now display what was the error about and how the User can correct it on the Generate Document modal. (e.g. There were custom options saved that were duplicated, etc). SIU-9287<\/em><\/li>\n
  • We now display “days” when logging the Scheduling Changes related to Duration.\u00a0SIU-9323<\/em><\/li>\n
  • We now retain the filtering by Community in Current and Completed Schedules after clicking exit against managing a particular schedule.\u00a0SIU-9179<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Mandatory options are now automatically selected in Configurations when Copying when the Setting to Retain Selected Options setting is enabled.\u00a0SIU-9128<\/em><\/li>\n
  • In the Configurations page, filtering in the Selected Options table is now improved to include retaining Selection filters even after saving configuration changes.\u00a0SIU-6766<\/em><\/li>\n
  • For those integrated with Pipeline Estimating and Pipeline Purchasing and having a Job Flow that is Sales to Purchasing, we now include auto-syncing of Lots to Purchasing. SIU-9464<\/em><\/li>\n
  • In addition, we now hide the “Sync Lots Only” button for those with a Job Flow that is Sales to Purchasing. SIU-9461<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Also, we now Added detailed logs on items that were synced with either of the 2 Job Flows: Sales to Purchasing and Purchasing to Sales. SIU-9098<\/em><\/li>\n
  • For Clients integrated with only the Pipeline Core functionalities, we now added the Manage Groups functionality which is a Pre-Requisite for Creating Plans instead of automatically routing it to a Default Group. SIU-9411<\/em><\/li>\n
  • We now Retain the filter applied on the Search field in both Manage Configuration page and Manage Configuration per Registrant page. SIU-8727<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
