Return to Builder/LBM Solutions

October 2023 Release

New Features

October 04, 2023 | Here are the new updates and features applied:

Activity Logs – Track on Builders and Vendors

We’ve introduced a powerful feature in our app that empowers administrators to monitor changes made to Builders, Vendors, Vendor Types, Locations, or Vendor Crews. Our Activity Logs page now records every action, from adding or importing new records to updating or deleting existing ones. This includes the mapping or un-mapping of Vendors to Builders, providing comprehensive tracking and visibility of all modifications made within the system.

Syncing of Vendor Users to Carbonite

We’ve implemented a seamless process for creating Vendor-level users, ensuring their synchronization with Carbonite. As a part of this update, claims are now automatically generated and linked to the corresponding builder assigned to the vendor. This enhancement streamlines user creation and authentication, enhancing the integration between our system and Carbonite.

User Management Improvements

To address a client-reported issue, we’ve implemented a solution allowing vendor-level users who were previously removed to be added as builder-level users, and vice versa. This update provides greater flexibility in user management, ensuring smoother transitions between user levels based on specific needs or changes.

Filter Vendors and Display the Address

Users now have increased flexibility with the ability to filter vendors using either their name or vendor address, enhancing search functionality. Furthermore, we’ve prominently displayed Vendor Address within the dashboard for easy reference.

Add the Lot Address on the Vendor Dashboard

In our Vendor Dashboard interface, we’ve enhanced visibility by now displaying the Lot Address alongside the job number. This update offers users quick access to essential information, streamlining navigation and improving the overall user experience.

Job Schedules Widget Improvements

In the Job Schedules widget, users now have the convenience of efficiently searching using either the Job Number or Task Name, simplifying the search process and significantly enhancing usability.
