View Job Schedules by Schedule Date

In this release, we are introducing an additional option to enhance the Job Schedules page viewing experience. Users can now organize schedules based on the Scheduled date, alongside the existing capability to view schedules by task or job. This improvement provides users with greater flexibility to sort and customize their viewing according to their preferences.

Upgrade to .Net 8

The Vendor Portal site has been successfully upgraded to .Net 8 in this release. This upgrade is pivotal in ensuring that our site is leveraging the latest technologies and enhancements provided by the .Net framework, contributing to improved performance, security, and compatibility.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, we’ve added a convenient link to our Release Notes site in the footer with this release. This feature allows users to quickly access and stay informed about the latest news and updates.

Fixes

This release also includes a fix for issues encountered in the left hand menu when navigating to the Map Purchasing Vendors.
This release also includes a fix for issues encountered wherein non-Simpson users cannot access the Job Schedules page.
This release also includes a fix for the issue encountered where no audit trail is generated when adding/removing or deleting Vendor Types and mapping/un-mapping Purchasing Vendors.
We’ve also addressed other bugs in our site making our platform more reliable than ever.

New Features

Job Schedules Page

We’ve relocated Job Schedules to a new page, improving maintenance and mobile optimization. Click ‘Job Schedules’ in our Left-Hand Menu to access the page. For users with multiple builders, clicking the menu reveals a dropdown to select and view schedules for a specific builder.

Scheduling Task for PO Display

The Purchase Order (PO) display on the Job Schedules page is now seamlessly linked to Building Phases from the Purchasing site. This modification ensures that POs for any Building Phase are exclusively displayed on a single Scheduling Task.

Site Announcements

We’re thrilled to introduce Site Announcements in our system. Users will receive prompts for new releases, improving communication and ensuring everyone stays informed. Access Site Announcements by clicking the notification bell next to the username, also prompting users on their first login.
