Flexible Vendor Management
Streamline your vendor management processes with our enhanced import and export functionalities, available exclusively for Strong-Tie Admin users.
- Simplified Onboarding: Download a pre-formatted vendor template to populate with new vendor information. Upload the completed file to efficiently import multiple vendors at once.
- Flexible Updates and Bulk Actions: Utilize the export vendor list feature to download a comprehensive list of all your vendors. This versatile file can be used for:
- Collaboration: Share vendor data effortlessly with colleagues.
- Vendor Updates: Make edits directly to the downloaded list and re-upload it to update existing vendor information within the system.
- Bulk New Vendor Additions: Add new rows to the downloaded file with the necessary vendor details and upload it to effortlessly onboard multiple new vendors at once.
Fixes
This update also addresses a variety of bugs to enhance the overall system stability. Here’s a breakdown of the fixes:
- Weekly Schedules:
- Fixed an issue where Quantity and Notes in the Options tab didn’t match actual values.
- Removed Selections no longer appear in the Options tab, preventing confusion.
- Tasks are now correctly scheduled, excluding non-working days.
- Job Schedules:
- Resolved a bug where a task appeared assigned to two vendors.
- Enhanced data alignment for a better mobile experience.
- Claims Management:
- Claims are now properly removed when deleting a user.
