Personalized PO Report Visibility
Vendor Managers can now selectively display or hide pricing information on Purchase Order reports providing flexibility in controlling sensitive financial data.
- All Users: Price is included in the reports when accessed by any users.
- Managers: Price is not included when accessed by Vendor Users.
Vendor-Location Mapping
The system now allows mapping vendors to specific locations.
- Improved Vendor-Location Management: For Vendors with multiple locations, you can now precisely assign a dedicated Purchasing Vendor to each location. The Mapping page simplifies this process by displaying only unmapped locations. Once a location is assigned, it will no longer appear in the list.
Vendor Changes for Approval Enhancements
- New Approval Workflow: Add Vendor Crews is now added to the approval process for Vendor Changes.
- Improved User Experience: The refined user interface for Vendor Changes for Approval accelerates decision-making and reduces errors.
Fixes
We’ve addressed some issues to enhance the overall system performance and stability:
- Fixed a security vulnerability that allowed unauthorized access to certain pages.
- Resolved an issue where the search field in the weekly schedules UI became oversized.
- Prevented accidental multiple clicks on the “Update for Approval” button.
- Optimized batch mapping to reduce unnecessary log entries.
