April 23, 2024 | Here are the new updates and features applied:

Job Documents on Weekly Schedules

Now you can skip the extra clicks and grab all the Job files you need right from your Weekly Schedules page. No more hunting around – just click the Job Details link on the upper right portion and there’ll be a “Documents” section with the list of uploaded job documents, specific to your trade. This way, you have all the info you need at your fingertips to get things done!

Products Tab on Weekly Schedules

The new Products tab on your Weekly Schedules page makes finding what you need a breeze. Here’s the scoop:

All the products in one place: See all the product items linked to the purchase orders (POs) for your selected scheduling task grouped per Building Phase.
No product repeats: If the same product pops up under different options, we’ll just show it once and combine the quantities to keep things tidy.
PO power: Got a schedule task with multiple POs? No worries, we’ll combine all the products for that task grouped per Building Phase.

Improvements on Weekly Schedules

We’ve been busy making your Weekly Schedules page even better:

No more address confusion! Now you’ll see the Lot Address right next to each task on the list. No need to hunt for that info anymore.
Easier on the eyes! We’ve tweaked how selections are displayed, making it crystal clear what you’ve chosen.
Schedules on the go! The Weekly Schedules page is now mobile-friendly, so you can check your schedule and access all that info from your phone or tablet.

These updates are all about making your life easier and keeping you in the loop, wherever you are.

Fixes

This release includes a fix for the following issues encountered in Weekly Schedules page:
- Caching issues on the Task List when switching between Vendors
- UI issues when using Mobile on Weekly Schedules page

New Features

April 02, 2024 | Here are the new updates and features applied:

Weekly Job Schedules

We’re excited to introduce our latest feature: the Weekly Schedules page, seamlessly integrated with our Vendor Trade Logic. It displays Scheduling Tasks for the current 7 days, allowing users to explore past or future schedules effortlessly. Each Task includes job numbers, and clicking on them reveals comprehensive details like Lot and Plan details, and associated Purchase Orders. Vendors and Builders can easily access Options linked to POs, and a separate drawer pane offers a streamlined view of upcoming tasks related to the Job and POs that are not linked to any scheduling task.

Enhancements

We’ve enhanced the Job Schedules page to allow opening documents without the need for downloading.
The Vendor Location/Crew fields now feature updates:
- Converting the Zip Code field to alphanumeric format.
- Displaying state names as state codes followed by the state name.
- Renaming “Mobile Phone” to simply “Phone.”
