Hide Price Setting for PO Reports
Administrators and Builder Managers can now control the visibility of pricing information on PO reports for vendors. When this setting is disabled, pricing details will not be displayed to Vendor level users accessing PO reports.
Vendor Management
- Vendor Approval Workflow: Builder Managers can submit new vendor requests or updates for approval. Administrators can review and approve or reject these requests, streamlining the vendor onboarding process.
- Activity Logging: Changes made to vendor information are now comprehensively tracked in activity logs, providing detailed records of modifications. This will aid Administrators in investigating any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
Data Export and Import
- Enhanced Vendor Export: Exported vendor files now include both the State Name and State Abbreviation for more complete information.
- Improved Import Results Modal: The import results modal has been redesigned for a clearer and more user-friendly presentation of import outcomes.

Filter Improvements
We’ve enhanced data filtering capabilities across the platform.
- PO Access Logs: Experience faster and more accurate search results with the improved Name filter. The suggestion dropdown has been removed, allowing for immediate filtering by pressing Enter after typing a name or email.
- Manage Vendor Users: Expanded filtering options now include User Group, providing greater flexibility in managing vendor users.
Strengthened Security
We’ve prioritized your data security by addressing vulnerabilities identified by Snyk and SonarQube. This ensures a robust foundation for continued high-quality code and protection against potential threats.
Import/Export Vendor Improvements
We’ve enhanced the vendor import process with several improvements that are only available for Simpson Admins:
- Vendor Template Enhancements:
- Dropdown for Vendor Type: We’ve added a dropdown list for selecting the vendor type, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Dropdown for State: The State column now includes a dropdown list of US states for precise address input.
Fixes
We’ve addressed several issues to enhance the overall system performance and stability:
- Job Schedules: Corrected an error causing incorrect document display when viewing by Task/Schedule Date.
- Map Purchasing Vendors: Fixed an issue preventing some vendors from appearing on the map.
- User Management: Resolved a console error occurring during user deletion.
- Weekly Schedules: Addressed a problem where certain Selections were not reflected in the Options tab.
