We're excited to announce significant enhancements designed to optimize your Job and Schedule management experience. Improved Vendor selection allows you to locate Vendors quickly by searching their address in the dropdown menu. Enhanced Schedule organization lets you focus on active tasks by Hiding Completed ones from the Job Schedules page. View Job Documents is now available as well in all three views. Finally, mobile app users benefit from the new search function for Job Schedules, allowing you to find them by Date, Community, Job Number, Address, or Task Name.

The integration of Trade Logic ensures accurate task alignment with Vendor Assignments in the Purchasing site. Additionally, users can now conveniently view documents on the Job Schedules page without the need for automatic downloads.

In our recent update, we've fine-tuned the Job Schedules page for a better user experience. Alignment issues in the table are resolved, and the View By dropdown is enhanced for better usability. When viewing schedules by Task, we've improved sorting by task, date, and community in ascending order. Additionally, dates in the table now maintain a consistent format, providing clarity and ease of use for our users.

In our most recent update, we've implemented subtle enhancements to our Job Schedules page. Now, when viewing Schedules by Task or by Schedule Date, Address Line 1 is conveniently appended next to the Job number. In addition to searching Schedules using Job Number or Task Name, users can expand their options by searching based on Community or Dates, providing a broader range of choices for querying schedules.

In this latest release, we've relocated Job Schedules to a new page, for easy maintenance and mobile optimization. The PO display on the Job Schedules page now links directly to Building Phases from Purchasing, ensuring that POs for any Building Phase are exclusively displayed on a single Scheduling Task. Additionally, we're excited to introduce Site Announcements in our system. Users will now receive prompts for new releases, enhancing communication and keeping everyone informed about the latest updates.

November 2023 Release

In this release, we've introduced several improvements to our Manage Users page to assist administrators. Now, administrators have access to each user's Recent Login Details, offering valuable insights. Additionally, administrators can conveniently resend email verifications when necessary. Our Vendor Dashboard underwent refinements for a more user-friendly experience: when users are assigned only one vendor, the vendor list discreetly hides itself, making the interface simpler. Furthermore, users gain the ability to easily search for Lot Addresses within the Job Schedules section directly on the Vendor Dashboard.

Now, users can conveniently filter vendors by name or vendor address, enhancing search capabilities. Additionally, both Vendor Address and Lot Address are now prominently displayed within the dashboard for quick reference. Moreover, within the Job Schedules widget, users can efficiently search using either Job Number or Task Number, streamlining the search process for enhanced usability.
