Switch To Navigation
Pipeline is updated with an integrated switch to navigation tool. Pipeline sites have this navigation feature located in the upper left corner of each site page, allowing user to navigate between Pipeline site instances.
Advanced House BOM View Phase 1
The Advanced House BOM View adds a new way to view a House BOM in Pipeline. The new House BOM view is grid based with functionality to choose which columns are displayed and in what order. There is also a filtering capability with each column allowing a quick refinement of information displayed. A user can switch between either a Basic (Old) view and Advanced (New) view using a toggle at the top of the view screen. The default view can be selected within the Settings menu.
Purchasing & Accounting Enhancements
Pipeline 2022.1 includes automation in some of the ways Pipeline receives information from accounting. A user can set up a daily automated Job sync from Sage. Pipeline can now automatically sync vendors from Sage and MS NAV to Pipeline.
Purchase Order Enhancement
Pipeline is updated with a revised Purchase Order reports Option view to provide additional information. There is also updated PO viewing to allow the user to specify, at the Building Phase, how they want to view the PO for that Building Phase.
Community House Export
Pipeline now has functionality that will allow a national home builder to export all House BOM Quantities for a single Community at one time via one export file. This is a valuable feature for builders who plan all homes within a Community at one time, eliminating the need to individually export House BOM Quantities.
