New Versioning Format
New Pipeline Versioning Format: Pipeline now uses a new versioning format: Year.MonthDay.Build#. The new format improves clarity and traceability. For example, a build created on March 15 with build number 102 will appear as 2026.315.102, while a November 20 build with number 135 appears as 2026.1120.135. Leading zeros are removed from the month portion of the version number.

BOM Logic Rules Enhancements: Added Product Swap functionality, allowing advanced users to trigger rules by job code and perform multiple product swaps within a single rule by using existing fields such as Uses. This removes the need for multiple individual rules by supporting large, flexible swap lists. This brings BOM Logic Rules closer to the scale and flexibility of Spec Set replacements. PIPE-58410
BOM Logic Rules Enhancements: BOM Logic Rules Enhancements adds a new execution phase, Post BOM Product Adjustment, in addition to the existing Pre and During phases. This allows advanced users to combine and modify product lines after BOM generation and before final rounding. Product Assignment Protections Improved: Pipeline now prevents you from removing a building phase or style from a product when it is actively assigned through house quantities, spec sets, subcomponents, or BOM Logic Rules. Clearer Guidance for BOM Logic Rules: Pipeline now displays a helpful message when using the Assume Current Option setting in BOM Logic Rules, clarifying that at least one Option- or Product-based condition is required. This reduces confusion during rule setup. PIPE-62153.
BOM Generation Reliability Improved: Several fixes were applied to ensure BOMs generate correctly and completely when BOM Logic Rules are involved. These updates resolve issues with duplicate swap actions, missing tracing information, incorrect USE values, invalid dependent conditions, and missing phases or products when applying a BOM Logic Rule with a Post BOM Adjustment. Send Selected Workflow Added: You can now send selected House BOM items to JDE using the Send Selected workflow. The JDE Sync modal shows the selected houses, options, community, and building phases, and uploads data only for the phases you choose. PIPE-68624.

Integration Admin Controls Added: A new Admin Settings control lets you pause or resume the JDE integration. When the feature flag is disabled, the integration is fully removed from the UI and reset to a paused state.
