Product Assignment Protections Improved: Pipeline now prevents you from removing a building phase or style from a product when it is actively assigned through house quantities, spec sets, subcomponents, or BOM Logic Rules. This change helps protect your data and prevents accidental configuration errors. PIPE-68779.
House BOM Export Accuracy Improved: House BOM export files now consistently reflect only valid option assignments, regardless of whether they are generated from the House BOM or Community House BOM pages. Unassigned global options no longer appear in exports. PIPE-71023, PIPE-71005.
Clearer Guidance for BOM Logic Rules: Pipeline now displays a helpful message when using the Assume Current Option setting in BOM Logic Rules, clarifying that at least one Option- or Product-based condition is required. This reduces confusion during rule setup. PIPE-62153.
BOM Generation Reliability Improved: Several fixes were applied to ensure BOMs generate correctly and completely when BOM Logic Rules are involved. These updates resolve issues with duplicate swap actions, missing tracing information, incorrect USE values, invalid dependent conditions, and missing phases or products when applying a BOM Logic Rule with a Post BOM Adjustment. Clearer Messaging When Syncing to JDE: Pipeline now shows the correct message or sync modal when sending selected items to JDE from the House BOM page, based on whether valid House or Option items are selected. PIPE-71792
Web API Option Data Enhanced: The Web API House BOM response now clearly distinguishes between Option Name and Option Code. This update improves accuracy and provides more complete option data in API responses. PIPE-70606.

Enhancements
Send Selected Workflow Added: You can now send selected House BOM items to JDE using the Send Selected workflow. The JDE Sync modal shows the selected houses, options, community, and building phases, and uploads data only for the phases you choose. PIPE-68624.
House BOM Send to Integration Service: Added support for sending House BOM data to the Integration Service using unified upload logic that automatically selects JDE or MarkSystems based on enabled integrations. The update also includes revised button labels, updated validation rules, and fail-safe handling when the Integration Service is unavailable.
JDE Sync Validation Improved: If you select Send Selected without choosing any items, Pipeline now displays an error message and prevents the upload. This ensures only intentional and valid data is sent to JDE. PIPE-66381, PIPE-65393.
Integration Admin Controls Added: A new Admin Settings control lets you pause or resume the JDE integration. When the feature flag is disabled, the integration is fully removed from the UI and reset to a paused state.
