Revit 2025 Releases

Pipeline Connect for Revit version 2025.1.0

Target: 3/10/2025

New

Beginning with the 25.1 release, the Pipeline Connect for Revit installation file will provide multi-version support meaning one file will contain install options for all supported Revit versions. Additionally, there will be only one release increment to define the latest version of the product going forward. For example, users working in Revit 2023 or 2024 will see 25.1 as their product version. One of the greatest benefits to users will be that new feature work and bug fixes (assuming they do not require a specific version of Revit to work) will be available to everyone regardless of what supported Revit version they are using and not just the latest Revit version.

Enhancements

  • Introduced a comprehensive logging system that captures detailed activity within the software. This will provide the product team valuable insights for analysis and improved customer troubleshooting.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the product summing behavior occasionally introduced extra decimal points in the basic export.

Pipeline Connect for Revit version 2025.0.0

Release Date: 10/25/2024

Enhancements

  • Pipeline Connect for Revit is now fully compatible with the .NET Core 8.0 platform and has been upgraded to support Revit 2025.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the “Use Gross Area” and “Use Range Group” checkbox settings were not saved when creating a new condition from “Condition from Elements.” These settings will now be properly retained, ensuring user preferences are preserved.
  • Fixed a crash issue that occurred when users connected to an incorrect pipeline API and clicked ‘Link Asset’ in the Export dialog.
  • Users can now confidently import Playbook data, as all conditions within groups will display correct numbers after import, improving data accuracy and user experience for those still using this method of database management.
