Revamped Tooltip in Edit Configuration
Explore Community, Phase, Series, and Plan specifics effortlessly with the upgraded Configuration Overview tooltip. By hovering over the home icon, users can now access vital information directly, eliminating the need to switch back to the Summary tab saving valuable time during contract processing.
Prohibit Future Dates for ‘Actual Start/End Date’ on Schedules
We’ve implemented a crucial update in our Scheduling pages. To ensure accuracy, users are now unable to input future dates as the Actual Start/End Date for tasks within a Schedule. However, the ability to select past and present dates as Actual Start/End Date is still retained.
Improved Logging when Syncing Plans
We’ve enhanced our Logging functionality when Syncing Plans to Pipeline Purchasing. Now, when performing actions like Adding, Updating, or Deleting Plans, we include both the Plan Code and Plan Name in the logs.
Enhanced Log Identification with Configuration Numbers
We’ve included the Configuration Number in our Sent Configurations to Purchasing Log page, simplifying Log Identification for smoother tracking and reference.

- We’ve enhanced our alert messaging system during Batch Plan Updates for Lots, specifically addressing scenarios where a conflict arises due to a Mandatory Plan selection. This improvement ensures clearer notifications when the selected Mandatory Plan conflicts with the existing mandatory plan set for one of the chosen lots. SIU-10422
- This release also includes a fix for error encountered when sending configurations to WMS Purchasing. SIU-10414

Document Template Tag for Selection Images
Our document template tag list now features two new tags designed exclusively for Selection Images.
- FieldImage
- ValueImage
With these addition, we can effortlessly include the selection images uploaded in our application, ensuring their integration into printed documents.
Alert for Managing Plans and Options of Lots
We’ve improved the wording in our confirmation pop-up to provide more information, now including both the Plan Code and Plan Name. This improvement is seamlessly integrated into our Activity Logs.
Pipeline 2023.0 API
We’ve introduced a new API version for our Pipeline instance, integrating Pipeline Purchasing to retrieve the most current service references and schemas. This enhancement ensures you have access to the latest updates and improvements in our system.

- For clients integrated with Pipeline Purchasing, this release includes fixes for the following issues:
- Clicking the PO link from the automated email redirects to an empty Purchase Order report. SIU-10244

- In this release, we’ve resolved an issue where the Waffle Menu failed to reflect the updated Client name after it was renamed. SIU-10277

Managing Plans for Multiple Lots
In our latest updates, we’ve introduced a feature for Managing Options per Plan across Multiple Lots, and we’ve now extended this capability to enable the Management of Plans across Multiple Lots. Users can choose either all Lots within that Phase or select Multiple Lots by utilizing the checkboxes next to the Job Number column. Once Lots are chosen, the “Manage Plan” button becomes accessible. Clicking this button opens the “Manage Plan” modal, allowing users to efficiently Manage Plan Statuses.
Confirmation Pop-Up for Managing Plans and Options
As part of these enhancements, we’ve implemented a user-friendly confirmation pop-up modal, which ensures that users are promptly informed about any alterations in Plan and Option assignments for their selected Lots.
