January 2024 Release

New Features

January 18, 2024 | Here are the new updates and features applied:

Trade Logic and Job Documents in Scheduling page

Our Scheduling page now seamlessly incorporates Trade logic from the Purchasing module. As a result, Vendors and Purchase Orders (POs) are dynamically populated and displayed on the Edit Schedules page, aligned with the Vendor Trade assignments set in Purchasing. Furthermore, we’ve introduced a user-friendly feature that enables users to access Job Documents directly from the Purchasing module on the Scheduling page and download them to their devices for added convenience.

WMS Improvements

Tailored for clients integrated with WMS purchasing, our optimization of data transmission now emphasizes differences between the current and previous versions when re-sending the latest configuration. This effectively addresses the problem where re-sending the latest version led to displaying no options.

Enhancements

  • Revamped the button layout on our scheduling page, now grouped by their respective purposes and functionalities, enhancing overall user navigation.
  • We have updated message shown when deleting a Cancelled Configuration linked to a started Schedule to provide clarity and more informative feedback to users.
  • In the process of duplicating clients, selecting the Carbonite Account Type is now mandatory. This enhancement is intended to foster improved integration with Carbonite, aiding in the categorization of different client types for enhanced organization and management

Fixes

  • For Clients integrated with Pipeline Scheduling, we have:
    • Resolved an issue encountered when creating new Schedules not coming from a template.
    • Tackled the concern where Vendor name is duplicated when accessing using a Mobile device.
    • Resolved the error message when attempting to access PO report from Scheduling.
  • For Clients integrated with BI Reports, we have:
    • Resolved an issue wherein generating a Spec per Series report, with Manual Options as the filter, resulted in an empty report.
    • Tackled the concern where Selections and Notes are not displaying in the Purchase Order Report.
  • Implemented fixes for syncing issues experienced by clients integrated with Envision.
  • We’ve also addressed bugs on the Pipeline Sales and Scheduling pages, making our platform more reliable than ever.
