New Document Tags

We’ve expanded your document creation options with the addition of two new Document Template tags.

  • CF_TOTAL_SELECTED_OPTIONS_COST_EX_OPTIONAL: A new Document Template tag allows you to calculate the total cost of selected options, excluding any optional items or those with specific spec levels.
  • CF_TOTAL_MASTER_OPTIONS_SELLING: Another new tag lets you easily include the total sum of selling prices for all selected options on a configuration.

More Targeted Job Schedule Updates

Previously, all vendors with tasks falling within the “Max Job Scheduled Date to Fetch” received job schedule updates, regardless of changes to their specific tasks. Now, the updates focus on delivering notifications only to vendors whose tasks have actual schedule changes. This could be due to edits to the task itself or updates to predecessor tasks.

Benefits:

  • Vendors only receive emails about tasks that directly affect them, reducing email clutter.
  • You can be more confident that your vendors are aware of critical schedule updates.

Improved Tracking on Scheduling

We’re giving you more control over your schedules! Now, whenever a new schedule is created, a log entry will be automatically generated. This means you’ll have better visibility into your scheduling activity, making it easier to track progress and identify any potential issues.

Faster Registrant Management

Finding registrants just got faster with the Manage Registrants page now allowing you to search by phone number. No more digging through long lists – simply type in a number and find the registrant you need in a flash. This update saves you valuable time and makes managing your registrants a breeze.

Edit Configuration Improvements

Option Codes are now displayed in both the Option Info and Selection Info modals. This means you can easily identify the specific option you’re working with, saving you time and confusion. No more wondering which option is which – the code tells you all you need to know!

Fixes

We’ve addressed a number of issues that were causing problems with various features. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Client Creation: Fixed incorrect Sales Type Codes when creating new clients.
  • Navigation: Resolved an error encountered when navigating to the ‘Assign Options per Division’ page.
  • Plan Management: Ensured plans are filtered correctly on the Manage Plans – Division Level page.
  • Mobile App: Removed the search field when no Community is selected in Scheduling.
  • Purchasing: Fixed an error encountered when sending a configuration to Purchasing.
  • Lot Management: Addressed issues with lot status colors not displaying correctly in various scenarios.
  • Change Order History: Corrected the Change Order Number displayed in Configuration History.
  • Scheduling: Resolved an issue causing empty rows in Day View of the Calendar.
  • Custom Field Export: Fixed an error encountered when exporting Custom Fields.
  • Spec Home Management: Prevented sending invalid Spec Homes to Purchasing and improved lot color handling for different Spec Home statuses.

These fixes ensure a smoother and more accurate experience when using various features.
