Optimized Scheduling Performance

These enhancements contribute to a more streamlined and efficient scheduling experience, empowering users to easily manage and visualize their schedules.

Key Improvements:

  • Enhanced Filtering:
    • Search Functionality: Users can now quickly search for schedules using Registrant name, Job number, Lot description, or Lot address.
    • Community Filter: The Community filter has been improved for more efficient searching.
  • Fever Chart and Calendar View Toggles:
    • Added switches to toggle Fever Chart and Calendar View on or off.
    • These options become visible once search results are available.

Document Template Helper Update

We’ve enhanced our Microsoft Document Template Helper to align with our Pipeline Sales branding.

Key Improvements:

  • Name Change: The add-in name has been updated to Pipeline Sales Document Template Helper to reflect the new branding.
  • Privacy Policy Update: The privacy policy has been revised to align with the integration of Pipeline Sales and the use of the Document Template Helper.
  • Logo Update: The logo has been replaced with the Pipeline Sales & Scheduling site logo to maintain consistency.
  • Overview Update: The overview of the add-in has been updated to accurately reflect its functionality and integration with Pipeline Sales.

Enhanced Adjust Cost & Selling% Saving

These enhancements provide a smoother and more efficient experience when adjusting cost and selling percentages.

Key Improvements:

  • Improved Performance: The save operations for Adjust Cost & Selling% have been moved to a background process, significantly enhancing performance and preventing page freezing.
  • Enhanced User Experience: Clear save status updates are now displayed in the notification area, keeping users informed throughout the processing.

Fixes

These bug fixes enhance the overall functionality and reliability of the system, addressing issues related to data tracking, report accuracy, and user experience.

  • BI Reports:
    • Duplicate Entries: Resolved an issue causing duplicate entries to appear in the Closed Homes Report.
    • Input Controls: Removed unnecessary input controls from the Option Summary Report and Lot Schedule Report, streamlining the interface.
    • Parameter Space: Added missing space for the Top N parameter in the Option Popularity Report, improving usability.
    • Data Display: Fixed an issue preventing the Available To View report from displaying any data.
  • Scheduling:
    • Schedule Completion: Corrected a bug where schedules were not automatically marked as completed when the last uncompleted task was removed.
    • Milestone Completion: Ensured that milestones are automatically marked as completed when all associated tasks are completed.
