Include the Lots on the Pipeline logs
For Clients integrated with Pipeline Purchasing, we only previously included the Option changes logs, Plans, etc. In the latest update, we now include the Lots added per Division when we trigger Sync Now or Sync All from the Company Level. This allows Company Managers to review what Lots were added and synced to Pipeline Purchasing simultaneously.

Display the list of Registrants linked to a Company
We have now added the feature to display the list of Registrants linked to Companies per Division. When you click on the “View Registrants” button, a pop-up modal displays to show a summary of the information of the Registrants like Registrant ID, Name, Community, Primary Sales Rep, Primary Design Rep.
When you hover over the name of the Registrant, you can see that there’s a hyperlink that redirects you to the Registrant’s information page once you click it.
New BI Report – Budget Details Report
We have generated a new BI (Business Intelligence Report) called Budget Details Report. This shows all the budgeted items per selected Job alongside its cost, quantity and total..
Updated BI Report – Purchase Order Report
For Clients integrated with BI (Business Intelligence Report), the Purchase Order report has been updated to make it easier to use. When the cost is 0, it is just displayed as a blank space, and the notes and selection section is tidier.
Enhancements
- We now set a default Lot Sales Status Colors and Lot Map Info Fields when Copying Clients. SIU-9531
- To be consistent with Pipeline Sales UI theme, we now also set our Report Colors the same way as the Pipeline Sales page. SIU-9118
- For clients integrated with Scheduling, they have accesss to the Completed Schedules page. To keep the UI neat, we now only show the Lot Address and the Community column if “ALL” is Selected in the drop-down. SIU-8890
- When deleting a community, we also include removing those that are linked through WMS Jobs. SIU-9554
- When deleting a group that is associated with a Plan, it now auto-reloads after the validation prompts that it’s currently in use. SIU-9459
- We now retain filtering when managing Completed Schedules. SIU-9360
- Our Help link on the Pipeline Sales Dashboard now redirects automatically to our official Strongtie Help site. SIU-5009
- We now retain filtering when managing Companies per Division. SIU-8247
- When doing an inline filter in Completed Schedules, we now always set pagination back to page 1 SIU-9595
- We have now adjusted the Completed Schedules grid to maximize the space displaying the results. SIU-9594
- We have now added a tooltip for Notifications in the Manage Configuration grid. SIU-8605
- We have now updated the validation message when there are invalid setup on the Service Bus. SIU-9288
- To continue with our enhancements for our Purchase Order BI Report from earlier releases, we have updated the formatting, spacing, and correct calculations. SIU-9623 and SIU-9619
