Scheduling Improvements

We’ve been busy enhancing your scheduling experience with improved functionality and search capabilities. Here’s what’s new:

  • Mobile Schedule Search: Need to access a schedule on the go? We’ve got you covered! A new Search Bar for Mobile lets you quickly find current and completed schedules right from your phone or tablet.
  • Lot Address on Calendar View: No more hunting for location details! We’ve added the Lot Address directly to the Calendar View, giving you a clear overview of where each schedule takes place.
  • Sorting of Schedules: Schedules in Current and Completed views are now automatically sorted by Community, Phase, and Lot description. This makes finding specific schedules a breeze, saving you valuable time.

Spec Home Workflow Updates

We’re implementing a significant update to the Spec Home workflow to improve clarity and streamline the sales process.

Introducing New Spec Home Statuses:

To enhance communication and tracking, we’ve added two new Lot statuses specifically for Spec Homes:

  • Spec Reserved: This indicates that Lot has been reserved for the Spec Home, and the contract is awaiting final signatures.
  • Spec Completed: This signifies that the Spec Home contract has been Completed, either with its original design or with a change order.

This update ensures that only one Spec Home can move forward and can be sent to Purchasing. Previously, multiple Spec Homes could be sent to Purchasing with different Plans which will be an issue.

Fixes

  • For Clients integrated with Pipeline Scheduling,
    • We fixed the issue where automated emails are still sent when settings are off.
    • We fixed the issue where selections are missing in the PO report.
    • We fixed the issue where Current and Completed Schedules Details page is showing the Mobile view even if device used is not a Mobile device.
    • We fixed the issue where Schedule Date information is showing as NaN when viewed on an iPad device.
    • We fixed the issue where Default Superintendent users cannot successfully create new Schedule or add tasks to existing Schedules.
    • We fixed the issue where Pipeline Sync is not working for some Clients.
    • We fixed the issue where there are missing columns on the Edit Schedules page for iPad devices.
    • We fixed the issue where we are unable to add more checklist items since buttons gets hidden
    • We fixed the issue where View Documents button on the main Current/Completed Schedules page is no longer visible
  • We fixed the following issues in Sales:
    • Button to show Custom Option Image is not displayed in Changes Tab
    • Duplicate Product or Customer is displayed on the waffle menu
