Community Specific Details per House Number
National home builders now have the ability to add different House details for a house, for different Communities. This allows for House details that are unique per Community. This feature considers that many of the Details of a House can change per Community including number of bathrooms, bedrooms, and even stories. Since often builders plan numbers as based on the square footage of a house, there can be overlap of house numbers used for different plan takeoffs.
