New Features

Pipeline House Orientation

Pipeline users can now create House BOMs that have materials for both the Left and Right orientation of a House.   The “Enable BOM Product Orientation” setting can be enabled or disabled.   House BOM Orientation References settings and a Products Reverse Product field settings can be edited.  House BOM trace nodes are updated to include a Reverse Product node.  House BOM exports also have an added Orien column.

Enhancements

  • The Info icons, located throughout the site, have been reviewed and verified to be consistent and uniform in size and appearance.  PIPE-24936
  • When creating Products on House Imports, two distinct toast messages will display depending on the outcome of Products creation.  Either: “Successfully created new product(s).” or “Duplicate products found and only the first of these products was created.” PIPE-25090
  • Various UI updates on the Styles page allow for a more streamlined and uniform look and function for Pipeline.  PIPE-25091
  • The Copy Subcomponent Modal on the Products page of Pipeline is movable so that a user can see what is behind it.  PIPE-25092
  • The Style Name display on the Products page is updated with a Manufacturer column.  The Import and Export file shows a Manufacturer column also.  Copy Product includes Manufacturer and all details.  This is consistent with the rest of the Pipeline site.  PIPE-25123
  • When using the drop-down menu to delete a product, if the product doesn’t have the entity type, a warning message appears.  PIPE-25147
  • The Community House BOM Excel Export headers are no longer affected by a Default Costing Source setting.  PIPE-25148
  • A user can now bulk apply selections for Building Phase, Manufacturer, and Style on the House Import create Product process.  PIPE-25157
  • Pipeline House BOM now offers the ability to turn zero quantities on or off.  This new setting “House BOM Show Zero Quantities:” turns the display of zero quantities on and off for the House BOM and House Estimate at House details and Communities page.  PIPE-25167
  • House BOM and Advanced House BOM now have a Source column.  This allows a user to quickly see the Sources for a line and identify where to look for errors.  PIPE-25212
  • The House – Spec Set page now displays the Community a Spec Set comes from via a newly added column. PIPE-25213
  • Job Quantity Imports function within Pipeline will now import Job Quantities using a CSV file type for both Jobs Without Options and With Options.  PIPE-26100
  • The UI within the Copy Subcomponents modal has been updated for better functionality and site consistency.  PIPE-26398
  • A Create Style button has been added to the Products page, when adding a Subcomponent Product. This is located next to the Style selection.  PIPE-27659
  • A user can now successfully export the Job Quantities CSV and Excel files with the additional columns of Product Waste, Manufacturer, and Style.  PIPE-28048
  • Product Cost data entry is easier with the ability to enter data without first needing to clear out default text/characters.  PIPE-29140
  • Pipeline is enhanced with updated Product selection dropdowns for large data sets.  A better UI now allows; searchable drop downs which reduces the number of items on the list to be selected, improved performance when loading Products, and the addition of the Product description to the name as part of the search.  PIPE-29295
  • It is now possible to successfully create a default style for a Product on import that; 1. Exists and has styles but none set to default.  2. Exists and has no styles.  3. Does not exist and only the first of the styles is set to default.  PIPE-29698
  • Pipeline is updated with the following Sage Job Mask modal tweaks: Instructions and Tooltip are added.  Errors will populate a toast message and red outline around errant dropdown fields. Disable/enable form fields based on user selection.  PIPE-30253
  • UI enhancements have been made to the House Import process and modal.  This includes a progress bar that allows a user to see the progress of the import.  PIPE-30507
  • A Building Phase can now be assigned to a Vendor without the need for a Parent phase.  PIPE-30909

Fixes

  • Importing multiple House files that create a Style/Manufacturer would work initially, but subsequent imports would create duplicate previous Style/Manufacturer. This is resolved.  PIPE-25187
  • Timeouts were previously occurring when getting Pipeline settings from the database.  SQL Optimization has been applied to resolve this issue.  PIPE-28695
  • Within Spec Sets, the “Expand All” and “Collapse All” button was not working as intended.  This has been fixed.  PIPE-25847
  • Within Assets, on the Communities page, the Add Community and Worksheet tooltip now displays correctly.  PIPE-26208
  • Exporting Product to Categories is fixed to no longer duplicate within the dropdown list.  PIPE-27375
  • On the Styles page, a user could not edit Style rules with default “Null”.  This is resolved so that a user can edit Style rules.  PIPE-27459
  • On the Vendors page, a Server Error would display, and the user would not be able to Export CSV and Excel into current estimates of a vendor.  This is now fixed.  PIPE-27711
  • In Costing, there was a missing “Cancel” button in the Generate Cost Comparison modal.  This is now located to the left of the “Generate Cost Comparison” button.  PIPE-27712
  • Previously, when trying to filter from one of the Job pane columns within Costing, the page moves up, requiring users to scroll down again to see the filtered results.  This is resolved.  PIPE-27713
  • The duplicate Cost Tier column on the left side of the Cost Comparison page has been removed to alleviate confusion and simplify user experience.  PIPE-27720
  • Website details were previously not able to be saved successfully in Vendor details page. Clicking the Save button and pressing CTRL+F5 on the keyboard would not save the Website information.  This is now fixed.  PIPE-28268
  • Within Purchasing, verbiage is updated to be consistent on the Validation modal when deleting bulk items.  PIPE-29204
  • Price import is fixed to work for House-in-Community Overrides and Building Phase/House-in-Community Overrides.  PIPE-29206
  • The Costing, Vendors page is addressed to only allow a numerical value when entering a Material and Labor cost.  PIPE-29869
  • Previously, issues with creating a PO were found in Pipeline. This is fixed so that a user can create a Job and add Options, while not creating a budget or PO, and the Job can be deleted.  A user can also create a Job with a PO and the Job can no longer be deleted.  PIPE-30572
  • Parsing of Notes and Selections on a PO is updated so that when notes and / or selections are passed from Sales to Purchasing, Purchasing parses that information into a user-friendly format. PIPE-30804
  • Previously, the Vendor Base Costs page functioned incorrectly when adding and deleting Products from the table grid.  This is now resolved.  PIPE-30990
  • The pages in Pipeline Purchasing now have a correct and functioning search feature.  PIPE-31189
  • The Cutoff Phase field on the Building Phase Details page is now hidden.  PIPE-31190
  • When deleting Cost categories of a Cost type, within Pipeline Purchasing, the toast message displayed incorrect verbiage.  This is now fixed.  PIPE-31425
  • Previously, there were inconsistencies in UI between Building Phases, Cost Categories, and Trades.  This is resolved.  PIPE-31507
  • Copy Modal, within Products, is fixed to display Options, and includes the Product description next to the Product name. PIPE-32153
  • House Quantity Import function is fixed so that if a Product is imported into a House with a blank style, then that Product is stored in House Quantities as a Style of Default. PIPE-32733
  • Previously a compilation error would display when exporting House BOM to XML/Excel/CSV.  This is resolved.  PIPE-33469
  • Previously, Edit Subcomponent, on the Products page, was broken by the new Product Dropdown Selection.  This is now fixed.  PIPE-33678
  • During House Import, the Manufacturer/Style were not imported correctly after using “Bulk Action” to apply all Manufacturers/Styles.  This is now resolved.  PIPE-33729
  • The Pipeline As-Built Comparison was found to not be working properly.  It was found that the quantities that were changing would show negatives, but the quantities that go to zero were not showing the backouts.  This has been fixed.  PIPE-33893
  • Pipeline host API is addressed to ensure special characters are handled in Notes like Selections.  The API changes work with various versions of Pipeline to reach a wide list of customers.  PIPE-34299
