LotSpec for Revit® 101 – Revit 2025

This course will focus on LotSpec, a design options management add-in for Revit. LotSpec automates the creation of construction documentation for residential home builders. The course will cover the user interface, tools used to create a rules-based workflow for assigning logic to project elements, and automating the process of creating full master sets and lot-specific plan sets based off customer option selections.

*All projects in this course have been created using Revit and LotSpec 2025 to allow for greater flexibility in users. If you are using a newer version of Revit and LotSpec, you will need to upgrade the projects when prompted.
