LotSpec for Revit® 101 – Revit 2023 through Revit 2024.2
This course will focus on LotSpec, a design options management add-in for Revit. LotSpec automates the creation of construction documentation for residential home builders. The course will cover the user interface, tools used to create a rules-based workflow for assigning logic to project elements, and automating the process of creating full master sets and lot-specific plan sets based off customer option selections.
*All projects in this course have been created using Revit and LotSpec 2023 to allow for greater flexibility in users. If you are using a newer version of Revit and LotSpec, you will need to upgrade the projects when prompted. These projects are not compatible with Revit 24.3 or Revit 25. LotSpec for Revit® – Base Plan Displacement

This course will focus on LotSpec, a design options management add-in for Revit, with a focus on the Revit content used to create models consisting only of framing components (walls, openings, dimensions). LotSpec automates the creation of construction documentation for residential home builders and framers. The course will cover the user interface, tools used to create a rules-based workflow for assigning logic to project elements, and automating the process of creating lot specific plan sets based on customer option selections.
